At JPC Restoration we believe that the key to constructing a resilient business begins first with the hiring process. All prospective employees are put through extensive pre-employment screenings. Once hired they will receive beneficial in house training and on the job training with an IICRC certified supervisor to insure that they are equipped with the knowledge and service for the field.

We also incorporate DISC profiling for every employee to help them understand their strengths and areas of improvement when it comes to interacting with customers and fellow teammates. We strive to maintain excellence and outstanding service and we instill these same values into every new employee.
