We have all of the knowledge and certifications to insure our ability to reconstruct your home to its original pre-loss condition. Although the actual fire can do most of the physical damage to your property it is sometimes not the worst. Smoke is also a major concern wherever a fire has taken place because of its ability to imprint its smell onto any porous object such as fabrics or carpet. Many of these odors cannot be removed without using proper techniques and specialized equipment such as ozone machines, HEPA vacuums, fogging machines, and AFD’s. We understand that this is a traumatic experience for you and we will do our best to help you through this unfortunate circumstance.

Q. Is JPC Restoration a Licensed General Contractor? A.) Yes JPC Restoration is a licensed, and insured general contractor.
Q. How long will the restoration process take? A.) Every fire damage loss is different and may take more or less time depending on the extent of the damage. However, we will communicate with you along the way to insure that there is a pre-determined timeline of work to be performed.
Q. What is the first step towards repairing my property? A.) As soon as our team has been notified of your fire loss we will send a trained certified technician to assess the damages and formulate an estimate with a scope of work. This estimate is then reviewed by an adjuster from your insurance carrier. Once the adjuster has agreed on a set scope of work he or she will give an approval to begin the restoration of your property.
Insurance
We understand in the event of a fire it can be very stressful contacting your insurance company and coping with all of the initial damage of the loss. Every insurance policy is different and every carrier has its own limits and stipulations. However, we can assure you that our team is trained at detecting which causes of damage your insurance carrier will typically cover. We have built a great name for ourselves in this industry and pride ourselves in the management and communication that is involved on every project. We use the same pricing guidelines in Xactimate 25 for estimates and supplimentals that are accepted and used by insurance companies nationwide.
